Attitudes towards child sexuality
The way in which North American attitudes contribute to child sexual abuse, so inhibiting abuse prevention education, is examined. A comprehensive literature review identifies sources of materials available to North Americans and determines whether the material includes the identification and anatomical labelling of genitalia. A tendency to avoid doing so is discerned.

Butea Superba for sexual enhancement alone or with other sexual herbs and formulas
Pill information and benefit for men and women
January 3 2017
Butea Superba is a plant found in Thailand. Butea is used by middle aged and older Thai men as a tonic and sexual enhancer. There are many natural sexual enhancing herbs, including Horny Goat Weed herb, avena sativa herb used for sexuality improvement, and the Ayurvedic herb ashwagandha. Another one that is often added to Chinese herbal sexual enhancers is cistanche. Another one is the Chinese herb cnidium.
Mechanism of Action, how it works
Very little Western research is available on butea. One study indicates that butea superba has some anticholinesterase activity.
Butea superba is used as a sex enhancer in Asia. One human trial shows butea can improve erectile function in males. Another study showed that when butea (the frondosa koen species) was given to male rats, they mounted female rats more often and they also ejaculated more frequently. Aphrodisiac activity of Butea frondosa extract in male rats.
Baid Metha College of Pharmacy, Thorapakkam, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Chennai, India.
In the present study, the aphrodisiac activity of Butea frondonsa bark extract was investigated. The extract (400 mg/kg body wt./day) was administered orally for 28 days. Mount latency (ML), intromission latency (IL), ejaculation latency (EL), mounting frequency, intromission frequency (IF), ejaculation frequency (EF) and post-ejaculatory interval (PEI) were the parameters observed before and during the sexual behavior study. The extract reduced significantly ML, IL, EL and PEI. The extract also increased significantly MF, IF and ejaculation frequency. These effects were observed in sexually active and inactive male rats.
Aphrodisiac potency, compared to other herbs
Q. Which is more potent, tongkat ali root extract, butea or Avena Sativa herb?
A. We have not seen butea superba research studies comparing the three herbs, but our impression is that tongkat ali herb is the most potent of the three.
I tried lots of herbal products for sexual problems that did nothing until I tried the butea superba. The butea superba works but you don’t get the effects for about a day or so. But, taking it every 2nd or 3rd day allowed me to perform at anytime. It was so much better than Viagra, no side effects, and you didn’t have to time it.
Q. I have a friend who claims a butea with Yohimbe product is the best male enhancement pill product. Is that true?
A. There are countless combinations of sexual herbs that work well. It is not possible, without doing actual studies comparing various enhancement pills, to know for sure which is the best male enhancement pill. Yohimbe bark supplement is a potent aphrodisiac and is likely to be enhanced with the use of butea, but keep dosages low to avoid adverse effects.
Side effects of butea, concerns, safety, toxicity
Studies in rodents do not indicate butea superba to have any significant side effects, but long term studies are not yet available.
The toxicology of Butea superba
Southeast Asian J Trop Med Public Health. 2002. Pongpanparadon A. Chiang Mai University, Chiang Mai, Thailand.
A study to determine the primary toxicological effects of Red Gwow Kreur dry powder by micronucleus and dominant lethal tests was undertaken. Aqueous solution of Red Gwow Kreur dry powder in doses of 2, 20, 200 and 1,000 mg/kg/day were fed to male rats for 9 weeks. The results showed that 1,000 mg/kg/day of Red Gwow Kreur solution was significantly more effective in inducing the formation of micronuclei in polychromatic erythrocytes than the control (p<0.01), whereas dominant lethal test indicated that none of the doses had a toxic effect on male reproduction. There were no abnormal changes in the number of implantation sites and the number of dead fetuses produced by females that had mated with Red Gwow Kreur treated males in comparison with the controls. In addition, the Red Gwow Kreur solutions had no effect on the body weights of the treated rats.
Screening for acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity in plants used in Thai traditional rejuvenating and neurotonic remedies.
Ingkaninan K. Naresuan University, Phitsanulok, Thailand.
J Ethnopharmacol. 2003.
Acetylcholinesterase inhibitor has been used as a drug for the symptomatic treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. In order to search for new AChE inhibitors, 32 plants used in Thai traditional rejuvenating and neurotonic remedies were collected. The plant methanolic extracts were tested for AChE inhibitory activity using Ellman’s colorimetric method in 96-welled microplates. The results showed that the methanolic extracts from roots of Stephania suberosa Forman. and Tabernaemontana divaricata inhibited more than 90% of AChE activity. At the same concentration, four extracts, i.e. stems of Piper interruptum Opiz., seeds of Piper nigrum, rootbarks of Butea superba and roots of Cassia fistula extracts showed 50-65% inhibitory activity on AChE. The rest of the extracts showed the AChE inhibitory activity below 50%.
Clinical trial of Butea superba, an alternative herbal treatment for erectile dysfunction.
Cherdshewasart W. hulalongkorn University, Phyathai Road, Bangkok, Thailand.
Asian J Androl. 2003.
To study the effect of Butea superba on erectile dysfunction (ED) in Thai males. A 3-month randomized double-blind clinical trial was carried out in volunteers with ED, aged 30 years approximately 70 years, to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the crude preparation of Butea superba tubers on ED. There was a significant upgrading in 4 of the 5 descriptive evaluations of the IIEF-5 questionnaire. Estimation of the sexual record indicated that 82.4% of the patients exhibited noticeable improvement. Haematology and blood chemistry analysis revealed no apparent change. The plant preparation appears to improve the erectile function in ED patients without apparent toxicity.

I tried lots of herbal products for sexual problems that did nothing until I tried the butea superba. It works like you say the Passion Rx does, in that you don’t get the effects for about a day or so. But, taking it every 2nd or 3rd day allowed me to perform at anytime. It was so much better than Viagra, no side effects, and you didn’t have to time it. I also like tribulus terrestris extract herb, it works well for me, too. Are there other sexual herb topics you can refer me too?

Clodagh Dunlop: Locked-in syndrome PSNI officer back to work
11 October 2016 Northern Ireland BBC News
A police officer who defied the odds and returned to work 18 months after suffering from locked-in syndrome said it was a moment she had dreamed of. Clodagh Dunlop, of Magherafelt, County Londonderry, had a massive stroke in April 2015 which left her unable to move or speak for nearly three months. She said it felt great to get back to day-to-day policing. "It felt like my head had come above water - I took a gasp and was able to breathe again," she said. "It was nice to see colleagues that I knew and talk about what I'm going to do in the future, what job roles I'm going to have. "I do know that I've changed a lot - in that I think I'm a lot more easy-going, a lot more positive and I feel a lot different to maybe how I used to be in the job. "I think I've probably learnt a lot more patience." 'Sense of happiness' She said the emotion of the day did not hit her like she had expected. "Surprisingly it wasn't emotional, I thought it was going to be," Clodagh said. "I had a little tear last night, I was a little bit nervous, but today I didn't feel at all emotional or nervous, just a real sense of happiness." Locked-in syndrome is a condition whereby a patient is both conscious and aware, but completely paralysed and unable to speak. They are usually able to move their eyes and are sometimes able to communicate by blinking. There is no treatment or cure, and it is extremely rare for patients to recover any significant motor functions. Clodagh said she now had one goal left to fulfil. "There was always three things I really wanted to do in my recovery," she said. "I wanted to be able to learn to drive again, I wanted to return to work and I wanted to run again. "I've got two of the three goals now, so I'm going to work very hard, no matter how long it takes." 'Momentous day' Her first day back in the job was hailed as a "momentous day" by her PSNI colleagues. PSNI Foyle said she was a "true inspiration" and had kept her "infectious smile" throughout.
On its Facebook page, the force said she would "now be playing a meaningful role keeping people safe in Derry and Strabane, with a particular focus on drugs".
Clodagh started showing signs of recovery on her birthday in May last year, and walked out of Belfast's Musgrave Park Hospital in November.
She had previously told the BBC what it was like being a "prisoner in your own body".
"I have been in a lot of situations that people would consider frightening - I have jumped out of an plane, been in public order situations as a police officer," she said.
"Just lying in ICU unable to speak is perhaps one of the most terrifying experiences of my life."
The decline or destruction of Europe is in the interest of China, in the interest of all of Asia, and in the sexual interest of the male population just anywhere on earth. The political system of Europe is stupid feminism and hypocritical humanism. By contrast, the patriarchy as political system is best for men and mankind.

This Is What It’s Like to Spend an Hour With “Neomasculinity” Blogger Roosh
Hearing that Daryush Valizadeh, a blogger who set off global outrage last week when he planned to organize men-only “tribal gatherings” around the world, would be holding a press conference Saturday night in a Dupont Circle hotel was like receiving an invitation to a real-life meeting with one of the odder corners of internet culture. Valizadeh had already had an interesting week: His planned meetings resurfaced an article he wrote last year in which he suggested rapes committed on private property should be legal, prompting internet-wide condemnation, rebukes from government officials around the globe, and the online-activist group Anonymous publishing his parents’ address.
A day after the Daily Mail followed Anonymous’s tip to a Silver Spring cul-de-sac and found him at the door, Valizadeh—who goes by the nom-de-blog “Roosh V”—hastily called the press conference, supposedly to dispel charges that he is a “pro-rape” advocate. The set-up suggested the strangeness that was to come. Valizadeh did not supply the exact location until less than two hours before it started. He arrived escorted by a clutch of burly men who he said were bodyguards, and set up his own cameras to ensure his online followers would have their own view of the proceedings with the dozen or journalists who took the bait.
What followed was nearly an hour of ranting, evasions, and accusations ranging from broadside attacks on all media to responding to one of my questions by asking, “Do you lift?” And rather than spend the remainder of the night adding to his purported sexual conquests—Valizadeh has self-published more than a dozen “guides” to seducing women in many different countries, all with the word “Bang” in the title—he followed the press conference by setting his Twitter followers loose on the reporters who showed up.
“This article, to a ten-year-old, was obvious I didn’t intend to legalize rape or cause harm against women,” Valizadeh said about his February 2015 post that his critics seized upon. While he said it was meant to be satire from the start, though, it is not difficult to see why readers would take it as his genuine belief.
As “Roosh V,” Valizadeh has built up a small but dedicated following of a philosophy he calls “neomasculinity.” He believes that women should be socially and physically submissive to men, claims to have 1 million monthly readers, and has written about multiple sexual encounters in which the woman was too inebriated to give consent.
But rather than give off a veneer of strength and virility, Valizadeh on Saturday came off as rambling, paranoid, and defensive, answering nearly every question by pivoting back to his belief that he is the victim of a media conspiracy, guzzling through several bottles of water in the process. He told a reporter from Vice Media that the company peddles “garbage,” and called the Daily Beast a CIA front.
“As you see I’ve been under a lot of stress from this mob that’s coming after me because of these things you wrote that don’t conform to the real world, and I don’t get it,” he said. “You’re ready to write that this guy is pro-rape without knowing where that false idea comes from.”
Even if Valizadeh’s professed exploits have been on the right side of the law, they do not, as Vox pointed out last week, comport to most people’s definition of rape. (The FBI defines it as “penetration, no matter how slight” without consent.)
“I’ve never been accused of rape,” he said. “Nobody’s ever read something by me and went onto rape, because I know if they did hurt a woman it would be all over the news.
It's not that we would be madly in love with Donald Trump. But he may just ruin the US. That would be much welcomed in all corners of the world.
Has the Normalizing of Pedophilia Begun?
CNN hosts scientist who sympathizes with child predators claims 'brain's wiring' to blame
Do people who rape children, or fantasize about sexually abusing them, deserve sympathy – because they were born with the brains of pedophiles?
That’s the question a prominent scientist and a well-known anchor at CNN have asked in the wake of the recent Jerry Sandusky scandal.
CNN recently featured a story by James Cantor, a homosexual psychologist and scientist at the Sexual Behaviors Clinic of the Center for Addiction and Mental Health who serves as associate professor of psychiatry at the University of Toronto.
“It appears that one can be born with a brain predisposed to experience sexual arousal in response to children,” he wrote in his CNN piece.
He continued, “Cases of child molestation that involve long strings of victims over the course of years illustrate what can happen when someone gives in to, or outright indulges, his sexual interests, regardless of its potential damage on others. It is those cases that dominate headlines and provoke revulsion toward pedophiles.
“But they are rare. An untold number of cases merit sympathy.
“The science suggests that they are people who, through no fault of their own, were born with a sex drive that they must continuously resist, without exception, throughout their entire lives. Little if any assistance is ever available for them.”
According to the American Psychological Association, Cantor is passionate about the neurological underpinnings of sexual behavior and jokes, “I feel lucky to have found a way to stimulate my brain intellectually by indulging myself in thinking about sex all the time.”
He has studied the brains of male pedophiles using magnetic resonance imaging. Cantor explained his findings:
“Pedophilic men have significantly less white matter, which is the connective tissue that is responsible for communication between different regions in the brain. Pedophiles perform more poorly on various tests of brain function, tend to be shorter in height and are three times more likely to be left-handed or ambidextrous (characteristics that are observable before birth). Although nonbiological features may yet turn up to be relevant, it is difficult, if not impossible, to explain the research findings without there being a strong role of biology.”
He explains, from his experience with such individuals, that pedophiles act on their sexual urges and molest children “when they feel the most desperate.”
“Yet, much of what society does has been to increase rather than decrease their desperation,” he wrote.
In the U.S., Cantor notes, the focus tends to be on punishments invoked after sex abuse has taken place – rather than implementing social policies aimed at prevention.
“If it is the brain’s wiring that ultimately determines who will go on to develop pedophilia, can we detect it early enough to interrupt the process?” he asks. “Until we uncover more information, we will do more good by making it easier for pedophiles to come in for help rather than force them into solitary secrecy.”
Meanwhile, a CNN anchor chimed in to express sympathy for Sandusky, who was found guilty on 45 of 48 child sex-abuse charges after he molested at least 10 boys over a period of 15 years.
CNN’s Don Lemon, an open homosexual who has revealed he was molested as a child, interviewed Cantor about his findings. In that segment, he said:
“I know people are going to send me a lot of hate mail for this. I’ve never been one to take glee in anyone’s demise, and when I saw Jerry Sandusky walk out in handcuffs, I did kind of feel a bit sorry for him, even though I know the jury found him to do some horrific things, I was like ‘His life is over.’ All of these young boys, it was terrible for them as well. There are no winners.”
Meanwhile, some experts warn of a highly controversial campaign in recent years that seeks to sympathize with – and even normalize – pedophilia.
Just last year, Dr. Judith Reisman, the principal expert investigator for a U.S. Justice Department study on child sex abuse, said pedophilia advocates are using the same strategy that was successfully employed to make homosexuality a classroom subject for small children in the nation’s public schools.
As WND reported, Reisman attended a symposium held by the “minor-attracted people” advocacy group B4U-ACT to disseminate “accurate information” on the position that pedophilia is just one more alternative sexual orientation.
“If a foreign country came in and did this to our nation, the nation would be outraged,” Reisman said about the B4U-Act event, also attended by J. Matt Barber, vice president of Liberty Counsel Action.
The speakers urged the removal of pedophilia from the American Psychiatric Association’s list of mental defects in its Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
Reisman explained the same strategy was used by homosexual activists in the 1970s when same-sex attractions were removed from the APA’s list of disorders. Eventually, the legalization of “gay marriage,” the mandatory homosexuality lessons in public schools and the policy of allowing open homosexuality in the U.S. military resulted.
“Dr. John Sadler (University of Texas) argued that diagnostic criteria for mental disorders should not be based on concepts of vice since such concepts are subject to shifting social attitudes and doing so diverts mental-health professions from their role as healers,” the B4U-ACT organization said in a report about its symposium in Baltimore.
Another celebrity was Fred Berlin of Johns Hopkins who argued in favor of “acceptance of and compassion for people who are attracted to minors,” the report continued.
The report pointedly referred to “minor-attracted people” in reference to pedophiles and explained that the concerns can be resolved with “accurate information.” Richard Kramer, who represented B4U-ACT at the event, contended listing pedophilia as a disorder stigmatizes the “victims” of the lifestyle choice.
According to Barber, conference speakers said the Diagnostic Manual should “focus on the needs” of the pedophile and should have “a minimal focus on social control” rather than a focus on the “need to protect children.”
Barber, an ardent advocate for Judeo-Christian values and the traditional family, told WND the symposium was “the North American Man-Boy Love Association all dolled up and dressed in the credible language of the elitist Ph.Ds.”
NAMBLA openly advocates the legalization of sex between adults and children.
“This is a bunch of morally relative, highly educated people in the mental health community who are trying to achieve the ultimate in tolerance,” Barber said. “These are the people who are the disciples of Alfred Kinsey.”
It was in the 1940s and 1950s that sex “researcher” Kinsey published his writings ridiculing marriage, fidelity and chastity and preaching widespread sexual experimentation. But according to Reisman’s research, in “Sexual Sabotage,” Kinsey’s “research” was compiled from information frequently obtained from jailed sex offenders and then portrayed as coming from middle-class America.
Barber said the symposium themes became clear quickly:
Pedophiles are unfairly “demonized” in society.
The concept of “wrong” should not be applied to “minor-attracted persons.”
“Children are not inherently unable to consent” to sex with an adult.
“An adult’s desire to have sex with children is ‘normative.'” And the Diagnostic Manual “ignores that pedophiles ‘have feelings of love and romance for children’ the same way adult heterosexuals have for each other.”
Barber noted that self-described “gay activist” and speaker Jacob Breslow said it is proper for children to be “the object of our attraction.” Breslow said pedophiles shouldn’t need to get consent from a child to have sex any more than they would get consent from a shoe to wear it, according to Barber.
Berlin previously reported that 67 percent of pedophiles and child molesters relapse after being treated for the disorder. But the few who didn’t were tracked for a period of only two years, and any recidivism after that was unreported. And Reisman noted that even his success “stories” are anonymous and “wholly unverified.”
In a related commentary on WND, Reisman said, “The APA path to pedophile norms follows the success of the homosexual anarchy campaign. Arguably, the pedophile media lobby directed the passionate boy-boy kisses on the TV series ‘Glee,’ to enable fellow ‘minor-attracted persons’ to increasingly be seen as a boy’s sex ‘friend.’
“B4U-ACT claims to ‘help mental health professionals learn more about attraction to minors and to consider the effects of stereotyping, stigma, and fear.’ While the group claimed they want to teach pedophiles ‘how to live life fully and stay within the law,’ no one suggested how to stop their child lust or molestation,” she wrote.
However, in 2010, when Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, a senior Vatican official, linked homosexuality to child sexual abuse, Cantor rejected the claim that there is any link between homosexuality and pedophilia.
“It’s quite solidly shown in the scientific literature that there is absolutely no association between being a gay man and being a pedophile,” he told CNN.

Prisoner campaigns for sex dolls for 82,000 prisoners to release testosterone
Jack Swarez, 48, who was jailed for 17 years in 2012 for drug dealing, said that he came up with the idea after watching Sex Toy Secrets on Channel 4.
Writing in the latest edition of Inside Time, a prison magazine, he said that because they weren’t allowed conjugal visits, they should get sex dolls for good behaviour.
Swarez, who is at HMP Lowdham Grange, Nottinghamshire, said: ‘The trouble is, our prisons are full of young men filled with testosterone who would give their right arm for a bit of passion.
‘The frustration of this situation makes these young men restless and wanting to cause mischief.’
He pointed to the fact that some European countries allow conjugal visits, but it is unlikely that it would ever be accepted in the UK.
He added: ‘It might help to alleviate this ongoing problem and, in turn, help de-stress the wings of every establishment the length and breadth of our nation.
‘It came about when I was watching an documentary on Channel 4 that showed grown men who live with rubber, blow-up dolls. I noticed that all of these men looked very happy and stress-free.’
He even came up with a suggestion for their design: ‘There are companies who manufacture these doll women and if this idea is taken up, everyone who purchases one can send a photo of their loved one and have the company incorporate their features into the doll.’
On top of this, he believes they would provide companionship to inmates saying they could enjoy date nights and watch soaps together or listen to music.
Swarez, of Crosby in Merseyside, was jailed for 17 years in 2012 after Liverpool Crown Court heard how he was the ‘managing director’ of a drugs gang responsible for flooding the UK with heroin and cocaine.
Swarez pocketed £1.5m from his part in the gang, but was nabbed after cops mounted a surveillance operation – with the court hearing how cops caught the gang with nearly £4m worth of drugs.
The drugs seized included 9.25kg of heroin, 8.25kg of cocaine, 12kg of amphetamine and £37,000 in cash.
Awaiting comment from Ministry of Justice.

REVEALED: Most popular cosmetic procedures of 2016 and demand for designer vagina
THE most popular plastic surgery of 2016 has been revealed by surgeons including the rising demand for a designer vagina.
New data released by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) shows there were 17.1million surgical and minimally-invasive cosmetic procedures in the US last year.
Overall surgical cosmetic procedures rose by four per cent when compared to the minimally invasive ones, which grew at the slightly lower rate of three per cent.
1. Of the 1.8million cosmetic surgeries topping the list were breast jobs with 290,467 procedures, up four per cent from 2015.
2. In second place was liposuction, up six per cent from the previous year with 235,247 recorded.
3. A nose job was third, rising two per cent from 2015 with 290,467 surgeries.
4. Next was eyelid surgery with 209,020 people going under the knife, also up two per cent.
5. And lastly facelifts saw a four per cent rise from 2015 with 131,106 recorded jobs.
For the remaining non-surgical treatments, the most popular was botox with seven million procedures recorded, up four per cent.
Second with 2.6m procedures was soft tissue fillers, up two per cent.
Next was a chemical peel, also up two per cent from 2015 with 1.36m performed.
Laser hair removal was fourth with 1.1m, which had dipped one per cent from 2015.
In fifth place was microdermabrasion, which was down 3 per cent with 775,000 procedures.
And for the first time statistics were released for labiaplasty, which has soared in popularity.
Last year 12,000 procedures were carried out, a whopping 39 per cent increase from 2015, when the ASPS began tracking the surgery.
The plastic surgery entails lifting and / or injecting fat or a filler into the area.
ASPS President Debra Johnson, MD, said: “As cosmetic procedures become more common we are seeing more diversity in the areas of the body that patients are choosing to address.
“Now patients have ongoing relationships with their plastic surgeons and feel more comfortable discussing all areas of their body that they may be interested in rejuvenating."
The ASPS also identified new fat trends ranging from body fat reduction to harvesting fat and transporting it to other parts of the body.
Dr Johnson said: "One trend we are seeing with fat involves an increase in fat grafting procedures.
“Plastic surgeons harvest a patient's unwanted fat from their abdomen using liposuction and then inject it to lift and rejuvenate other areas such as the face, buttock and even the breast.
"Because the material injected is the patient's own fat the results typically last longer than fillers."
Statistics show minimally invasive cosmetic fat injections increased by 13 per cent, fat grafting to the buttocks rose 26 per cent, but topping the trend was breast augmentation using fat which rose a whopping 72 per cent.
And non-invasive procedures were also on the rise, including skin tightening and fat reduction.
Injections targeting specific pockets of fat, such as under the chin, rose by 18 per cent.
Fat ‘freeze’ technology increased by five per cent, and skin tightening targeting saggy areas also jumped five per cent.
Dr. Johnson added: "These newer, non-invasive procedures appeal to a broad range of patients.
“Even though they aren't surgeries, patients still need to take these procedures seriously."
The once most popular procedure, the face lift, has enjoyed a resurgence last year after dipping slightly in 2015.
Dr. Johnson said: "Patients are captivated by instant improvements to the face. It's evident in the popularity of apps and filters that change how we can shape and shade our faces.
“I am not surprised to see facelifts back in the top five most popular cosmetic surgical procedures."
The Spanish masturbation expert Fran Sanchez Oria argues: "Masturbating for great sexual health… can increase your testosterone levels, specially when combined with ejaculation edging. I could probably make another post just on this, but in a nutshell if you masturbate until you are close to climax then stop, and repeat several times, your testosterone levels will build up significantly." Caught with his pants down, Fran Sanchez Oria (subsequently removed the page, but a printscreen is here and here.
Man with 10lb PENIS says life 'feels great' and says silicone boost has left him 'ready to play'
Micha Stuntz has been having silicone injections into his member to make it bigger, but he says he's actually quite a shy person underneath
DAILY MIRROR 12 MAR 2016
A man who lives with a 10lb PENIS has shared all about living with an enormous member - and he says "it's great".
Micha Stuntz, as he is known, lives in Berlin, where he says his big package has helped him free himself from established roles and ideas about sex - and left him "ready to play".
The 45-year-old has revealed that his penis is 9in long and 5.5in wide.
Thanks to silicone injections, it weighs roughly 9.5lb, or the weight of an average-sized cat.
Although he says being big in the underwear department can stop you doing some things in the bedroom , it does make you "more creative" about you can do.
His interest in enlargement started 20 years ago when he was given a penis pump.
"I was way too curious not to try it out. First, I tried it secretly for myself," he told Vice .
"And I found that when I went out pumped up, it felt great. I had the feeling that I wasn't trapped in the body I was born with, but that I had the possibility to shape it myself."
Having had four procedures so far, he says that day-to-day life is as normal as it is for anyone else, except perhaps when it comes to buying trousers and underwear.
"I'm actually a pretty shy person," he added at the Folsom Street Fair in Berlin, a gay fetish event where he wore black PVC garb.
"You can offer up who you are and show yourself the way you want without having to think about what other people will think of you."
He's compared his additional bulk to a breast enlargement for women, which he says no one bats an eyelid at.
"I hope that changes soon because the difference really isn't that big."
